After five and a half years with The Pinnacle Gate, where he was part of the pre-opening team, and The Pinnacle Inn, Sarnath, Shahab Alam has moved to a different operator. The Varanasi hotelier now begins the most senior role of his career as General Manager of Hotel Bliss Banaras, Manduwadih, Varanasi (a venture of Shri Balaji Foods).

He now oversees Hotel Bliss Banaras in Manduwadih, Balaji Food Venture’s long-stay hotel in the city of the Ganges.

• A passionate hospitality professional with more than 18 years of experience, he is a deserving and dedicated hotelier by choice, with a true sporting spirit. He is a quick problem solver, a great mentor and motivator, and a calm, friendly, and approachable personality.
• Shahab joined Le Royal Méridien, Mumbai, in 2005 as a trainee across the entire hotel operation. After completing his studies in Hotel and Hospitality Management & Catering Science, he joined the prestigious Starwood Group of Hotels at the Marriott Hotel & Convention Centre, Hyderabad, as an F&B Associate in 2008. In August 2009, he moved to Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, for international exposure and joined the Elaf Group of Hotels.
• He served the Elaf Group as an F&B Executive until August 2011, then moved up to Assistant Outlet Manager at the Sheraton Makkah Hotel & Towers, where he worked from August 2011 to December 2015.
• Back in India, he joined the Ohri’s Group of Hotels and Restaurants in Hyderabad, Telangana, as Operations Manager from March 2016 to January 2017. In February 2017, stepping out of Telangana for the first time, he became Food & Beverage Manager at Royal County Resorts, Proddatur, Andhra Pradesh, where he worked until August 2018. Since September 2018, he has been providing the very best of hospitality in Varanasi, also known as Banaras, the holy city of the Ganges.
• In Varanasi, he worked with Hotel Costa River & Costa Riviera as Food & Beverage Manager from September 2018 to July 2019.
• He then joined The Pinnacle Gate Hotel, Sarnath, during its pre-opening, as Food & Beverage Manager from August 2019 to October 2022. From November 2022 to September 2024, he served as Director of Food and Beverage at The Pinnacle Inn, Sarnath.

Sunil Kumar, our F&B Manager, is a highly experienced professional with 16 years in the hospitality industry. He has worked with reputed hotel brands such as Suba Group of Hotels, Golden Tulip, and Clarks Inn. Known for his excellence in culinary operations and kitchen management, he has delivered outstanding dining experiences across various hospitality properties.

Chef Krishna Mali is an accomplished Executive Chef with over 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry. He has worked with renowned hotel brands, including Radisson, Lemon Tree, Comfort Inn Banaras, and Choice Group of Hotels. With extensive expertise in culinary operations and guest satisfaction, he has contributed to many leading hotels across the Varanasi region.

With over 13 years of extensive experience in the hospitality industry, Mr. Dhirendra Kumar Singh is a highly skilled and dedicated Executive Housekeeper, known for maintaining exceptional cleanliness standards, operational efficiency, and guest satisfaction across premium hotel properties.

Throughout his professional journey, he has worked with renowned hospitality brands, including Ramada, Radisson Blu, ITC Fortune, and Hotel Tridev, where he successfully managed housekeeping operations, team coordination, hygiene standards, inventory control, and guest service.
