Check-in is from 2 PM and check-out is by 11 AM. A late check-out carries an additional charge of 50% of the room rate.

We have 30 rooms in 5 types: Deluxe Queen Bed (180 sq. ft.), Deluxe Twin Bed Room (200 sq. ft.), Premium Room (230 sq. ft.), Executive Premium Room (250 sq. ft.), and Club / Family Room (300 sq. ft.).

You can add an extra bed to every room type except the Deluxe Queen Bed. An extra mattress for a child or an additional guest is chargeable and is paid directly to us at the hotel.

1 infant aged 0 to 2 years is counted in the room's capacity. Children up to 5 years stay free (complimentary) without an extra bed. Children above 5 years are chargeable.

A passport, Aadhaar card, driving licence, or other government ID. Local IDs are not accepted, and the primary guest must be at least 18 years old.

Yes. Every guest needs valid photo ID, and local IDs are not accepted.

We ask guests not to invite outside visitors to their room during the stay.

Yes. Capsicum Fine Dining is a pure vegetarian, multi-cuisine restaurant. We do not allow non-vegetarian food or outside food in our hotel.

Capsicum Fine Dining is open 7 AM - 11 PM, with buffets 7 AM - 10 AM, 1 PM - 3 PM, and 7 PM - 10 PM. After 11 PM, selected dishes from the menu are still served, and in-room dining runs 24 hours.

Breakfast is a rate-plan option. You can book room only (EP), room with breakfast (CP), breakfast plus lunch or dinner (MAP), or all 3 meals (AP).

Alcohol is not served at Capsicum Fine Dining. The Velvet Lounge Bar, which is coming soon, will be the one outlet that serves it.

Yes. Our own car park holds 30 cars, and we have additional rented parking. Parking is free, valet parking is available, and there is accommodation for drivers.

Yes. High-speed Wi-Fi is free throughout our hotel, and high-speed wired LAN is also available.

Yes. We have a lift and a ramp, and we are accessible to guests who use a wheelchair. Please bring your own wheelchair.

Banaras railway station (BNRS) is 250⁠–⁠300 m away, Varanasi Junction (Cantt, BSB) is 3.5 km, and Pt. Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Junction (DDU) is 17 km. Lal Bahadur Shastri International Airport is 25.2 km away. Paid airport, railway station, and bus station transfers can be arranged.

Kashi Vishwanath Temple is 3.5⁠–⁠4 km away, and Dashashwamedh Ghat, Assi Ghat, and the other main ghats are 5⁠–⁠5.5 km away. They are a drive away and not within walking distance.

Not yet. A fitness centre, a swimming pool, and a spa are all planned and coming soon, and none is open today.

Yes, one for each. Meetings are held in the Executive Board Room, which seats 12 with a projector and an LED screen. Weddings and celebrations take Casa Bliss, our 6,000 sq. ft. banquet hall for up to 400 guests standing.
